Solstice Energy And The Big Shift

Hi, and welcome back to Showing Up Whole, the place where we discuss alignment in mind, body, heart, and spirit in every aspect of our lives. And today, oh, we are barreling towards the solstice, everyone. And uh, well, we are headed into a expression of our own light and a real, dare I say, up-level, which may be an overused word. We are also experiencing a lot of shedding, a lot of shifts, a lot of potential confusion, and we really need to dive deep into what this time is all about. So today, let's do all of that. And welcome back. Oh my goodness. You know, the other day I was checking out the Sherman Resonance Scale and um offered by Consciously Erin, who was on this podcast a couple of months ago. And we were looking, I was, I was observing her talk about the various timeline jumps that had happened last week and then the blast of energies that were coming through. And I kind of, it was an interesting thing to look at something like that and go, yeah, that really sums it up. Yes, it really does sum it up. We are in such a fascinating time. And I really feel like over the last few years, we saying that a lot, but this one's different. Probably saying that a lot too. You know, we had the blue moon a few weeks ago. We're having the solstice on the 21st. We are in this window of transformation, of transcending, of transforming. Like this is a stretchy, releasing time. And my goodness, is it ever uncomfortable at times? So something that keeps coming up uh with myself and with my clients is this sense of releasing the old, releasing the old stories, releasing the old beliefs, releasing the old patterns, releasing old frameworks, even considering releasing some things that are more fundamental in your life, and yet watching those things not fit you anymore, and yet, within that, not knowing what you're moving into yet, it's like a mission of trust where you feel the old releasing, and if you can trust enough the intuitive pull to release the natural shedding that's occurring from your life, the different things that are kind of automatically being let go. If you can trust the letting go and then adjust, it's like crossing into a mist that you don't quite know what you're headed into. And yet you know that that's where you're meant to go. However, many of us are talking about how we don't quite know what the other side is looking like, and we don't quite know what happens with that mist clears. And quite honestly, deep down, I am sensing that that is what the solstice this year is all about. I have done solstice workshops annually over the last few years. I have celebrated solstices, um, summer solstices, you know, in various ways. The step into your light, the shine brighter, the uncover your truest self, the really step into all of your greatest manifestations and shine brilliantly. It's time to be vibrant, it's time to be feel extra alive. And this year I am going, oh my goodness, it is time to be reborn. It is time to re-identify, it is time to shift into the person you came to be and the person that you've been sensing underneath for your lifetime. It's a little darn intimidating. You know, last week I wrote a Substack blog. Um, I don't know if you're following me on Substack. If you're not, I highly, highly recommend it. Not just following me on Substack, but getting on Substack. Substack is my new favorite place to be. It is a slower scroll. It is a more intuitive sense of connecting with different people and different thinkers and different journiers. And yeah, it's quite magical. Anyway, I wrote this Substack and I couldn't help it. I was feeling very quippy and fun, and I had such a fun time downloading it in from my head onto the page. And I just called it, you know, I grew out of 2025, but I haven't bought a new wardrobe yet. And that summed it up. Somewhere in there, I said something along the lines of, I feel like I've I've grown out of a, you know, like that last year or this year is like squeezing into an old pair of jeans. Yeah, the old is not fitting anymore. And we need to figure out how to buy a new wardrobe. So that's what I want to talk to you about today. Because honestly, this is this is a magical time, and we need to be excited about this time. At the same time, we can't pretend that this is the same type of time that we have every year. It's it's not about weather patterns, and it's not about, you know, things that are happening in the world making things feel better. No, this is an energetic shift. Last week, literal timeline jumps in that Sherman resonance scale, black strips of obvious signs that things are skipping over. We are up-leveling into different timelines. What does that mean? We are literally, you know, time is not a linear thing. This is not a linear path that we go from beginning to end. Even science, which is a sentence I love to say, even science is saying now that, you know, time is multifaceted, faceted. It is happening all at once in many, many ways. More about that in a second. There's, you know, various parallel timelines, parallel universes all happening at once. And sometimes, collectively or individually, we make slight changes in decisions or slight changes in energy, slight changes in in you know what our path is, and we jump and we shift. Um, I want to talk a little bit about that in terms of releasing things, because it's something that did come up in the whole woman circle membership, which was known as the energy reset circle and now is known as the whole women circle, because this is something that's coming up a lot. So, first though, in order to keep things clean and simple, there's there's two ways I want to do this uh today. I want to talk about the shedding that's happening, shedding that of and releasing that we are all naturally doing even unconsciously. And then I want to shift that into what we are becoming. So we're going to hold up these two different parallel perspectives.

Subtle Shedding And Midnight Triggers

First, shedding. Shedding, you know, it's very easy to see shedding as this big, massive healing work. I'm hearing a lot of people talk about boundaries. I'm hearing people talk about standing up for their truth, of telling people what they really think. I'm hearing people talk about um letting go of all the toxic relationships in their lives. But the shedding can actually be so much more subtle and so much more internal. So, little story. Last night, I woke up in the middle of the night. I always wake up in the middle of the night because, quite frankly, much like a small baby newborn, I have a cat who decides to scratch on our door to be let in, to have some food, to cuddle, and then be let back out again. So my husband keeps saying I have a newborn. Anyway, I don't really mind because as a mother's brain does, I get up, I let her out, or I let her in, and then I come back to bed and I go back to sleep. I barely notice. It's fine. She cuddles me really, really well. I love it. So last night I was woken up, went back to bed, and I was just headed back to sleep, and then all of a sudden my brain turned on. It activated. And when it does that, I have a tendency to be like, uh oh, I know you. I know what you're up to, and you can stop that right now. Now, I can usually tell it to be quiet and it will calm down and I go back to sleep. But then when it doesn't, I know that it actually is doing some work. And last night it decided to do some releasing work. So it started to chatter about a situation that I'm having in our local theater group. I I'm involved in the community theater here, and there's just been some interesting energies that have been coming up. Mainly, I don't even know if anybody knows that it's coming up. I've been noticing it within myself. And it has brought up some past insecurities, past um stories of judgment. I was in theater for years as a teenager. I've been feeling uncomfortable in my own skin, and it's been a fascinating experience to watch because I've been thinking, where has this come from? I've been doing the work for a while. This shouldn't be here anymore. So, within that, lying in bed, pretending I'm going to sleep when really I know I'm not, trying not to disturb a cat or a husband, I started to watch my nervous system get triggered by the insecurities that were coming up by the various stories that were telling me. But because I was in the dark and it was quiet and calm and I didn't need to fix anything right away, I was able to sit with the discomfort. And as I sat with the discomfort, I asked the discomfort what it was trying to tell me. And I sat with it. And as I sat with that discomfort, it did start to bring up. Well, you started feeling insecure when this happened, and this felt a little raw, and this felt a little close like this old story. And suddenly you were moving forward into the unknown that you didn't feel comfortable with. And all of these different things started to appear. And of course, my brain decided, let's try to fix it now. And of course, I was not into that. And so as I acknowledged it, loved it, then of course another story came up and it was doing the same type of thing. And then another one cropped up, and that was trying to do the same thing. And as I started to realize that my brain was trying to juggle too much, finally I said enough. I said enough. And I told my brain that it was try time to actually acknowledge that there was energy there and it was time to release it.

A Simple Release Practice That Works

So I used my favorite releasing practice. I might not have told you on here what it is, um, but it is a version of the ho'oponono. Now, the ho'punono is traditionally Hawaiian prayer. It is a prayer of forgiveness. Forgiveness is a very loaded phrase nowadays. Uh, it can carry with it some traditional beliefs around things. And so instead, I shift it to release. So I simply said four sentences to myself surrounding each one of the stories that was trying to get my attention. Those four sentences are I'm sorry, acknowledging any part of my role in it. I release you, imagining the energy cleared, I thank you because everything leads to growth. And I surround you in love. And I said it on repeat. And then I said it a third time. And I said it probably three or four times for every story that was in my head, and then I went back to sleep pretty easily. Slept like a babe. It was wonderful. So within that, I felt the energy release and shift. Today, woke up, looked at those stories that I was telling us, immediately every single one of them resolved themselves. All cleared up, all done. My energy was released from those. So that is one way that this shedding can come up because my brain was processing what my energy was releasing. And it woke me up to tell me this is what you need to clear. This is what needs to be let go of. So this is one of the ways that it's not about going to your brain first. It's not a question of sitting with yourself being like, okay, what do I need to shed right now in order to let my higher self in? Just breathe deep and tell yourself that you are releasing whatever needs to be released in order to bring in the up-leveled self. And when I say up-leveled self, it is the combination, the culmination of everything that you have become from everything that you've been. It is the gathering of all the lessons and all of the observations and the opinions and perspectives and challenges and hurts and growth. Everything that you have become is now burning bright in your solar plexus and it is shining, getting ready to shine. It is like it all gets dumped into your inner furnace and gets consumed and processed. And as it gets processed, then it's ready to shine out. It is ready to radiate out your brightest light. This is deep, deep growth. And we are doing it in accelerated time. So one way that this shedding can occur. The stories that all of a sudden pop up. You when you start feeling bad about something, poke around it and ask yourself why. What are you trying to tell me? What are you where what are you what's your dial pointing to? What is the story that I need to clear up? And then love your way through it with deep compassion. Release, release, release. Okay. Release any resentment, release any anger, release, it is not serving you. Let it go. Okay, now back to timey whimey, a few twisty, turvy time

Inner Child Visits And Rewriting Memory

things. Because this is another way that you can release. Sometimes the stories that you find popping into your head, the memories that pop into your head, can be linked to your childhood or to a time in your younger years. And when that happens, we do what we call inner child work. So, my favorite way of inner child work, and I'm really like diving into coaching stuff here because this is actually like is really important right now. This is a time that is really important to be doing the work, is really important to be allowing yourself change, giving yourself permission to feel safe with change. Safe with change, that's a totally different conversation, a totally different podcast because, or at least a different uh episode. It's definitely this podcast, because the safety with change is all about your nervous system and you have to feel safe to change. So we're working on the releasing in order to change, but you also have to be taking care of yourself to change. And, you know, if you're listening to this and you're like, oh my God, I'm a busy woman. I do not know how to do this and I don't know how to have this time, then by all means, reach out. Feel free to drop me a message, and I can help you through this because this is what I do, and this is what I'm doing with clients all the time. So one of my favorite things of inner child work is you a, you imagine a time when you were a child or when you were feeling nervous, when you were feeling in that weird space. You know, when you were alone, say just, you know, about to go to say you were lying in your bed and you were just about to go to sleep, and you were in that space of feeling like there was someone else in the room. Did you ever feel that? You know, you you had someone else was there. And of course, we all went to the traditional monster under the bed. Um, actually, I think I I I usually resorted to that there was a killer in my closet because I watched way too many murder mysteries growing up. So I'm sure that, you know, someone was going to kill me at some point in time. Um, but there it was, it always felt like there was some other energy other than yours in the room. And so what you're gonna do here is you're gonna use that feeling to your advantage. And instead of it being something scary, you're gonna send your adult self. The person you are now is going to go back and visit your child self. Be the one that you were scared of. You were scared of you only because it was something different. You felt someone else in the room. That was it. Your brain, your nervous system did the rest of telling all these stories of what you thought it was. Instead, be a loving presence. Go visit yourself as a child and stand in your room. See yourself in your bed, see yourself in that moment of fear, of loneliness, of feeling unheard, of feeling mistreated or misjudged or um just feeling lonely. Like feel yourself in those times and see yourself there and go to yourself. And as you go to yourself, give yourself a hug. Tell yourself you are loved, tell yourself that you are worthy, tell yourself that you are not alone and that it's going to be all right and you are going to grow up to be someone incredible. Tell yourself the stories that you needed to hear then. And here's the fun part. The amazing part of this is that it's being shown that when you shift the stories that you tell about your past and you shift those moments, then your cellular memory of those moments change as well, which means that simultaneously you change your child self, you change your current self. Because it's like a Jenga tower, right? You're going back and you are shifting the tower so that it is standing tall. You are you are taking the wibbly-wobbly bits and you're putting them in place so that your tower stands stronger. So everything built after that rests differently. Okay. Two very, very, very powerful releasing and shedding tools. Both have to be intuitive, but just observe yourself. Observe what stories are coming up in your mind. Observe what is popping in, because that's how it's showing up right now. It's popping in as a memory, as a random thought, as a huh, you know what? That reminds me of so-and-so. Or, you know, that person, I really don't like the way they do X, Y, Z. And then when you think of that, go, why? What is it there that needs to be released? Why am I attracting this into my reality? Why is this showing up to me now? Why am I even thinking about it? Then you're gonna find that you start working with those memories, with those thought processes, and you allow them to move through your body when you do the work through them. Okay, I'm gonna stop for a drink of water. And then when we get back, what we're gonna do is we're gonna talk about what you are becoming, how to step into the new. Because we can talk about shedding and releasing until I'm blue in the face, but it's not about the healing work, it's about getting to the healed state. It's getting to the, it's not just about the releasing work, that's just the clearing of the land in order to make sure that you know what you're planting. Okay, so let's look at the growth, the next step. Okay, give me one sec. Do you feel like you're always trying to figure out the cause of something? Why are you anxious? Why does your stomach give you trouble? Why do you lack passion, or why do you people please? It's frustrating when the question is.

Becoming Your Light Through Intuition

Of why overshadow life. Well, there are many reasons why things happen. Energetically, it comes down to alignment or unalignment. And while you can treat conditions and situations in all sorts of different ways, it helps to know where energetically you need to shift. So let's just talk a little bit about solstice, okay? So solstice is here in the northern hemisphere, we are talking about summer solstice. The summer solstice is a time of the longest day. It is a time of light, it's a time of brilliance, it's a time of radiance. And really what that is, is it's a season of your solar plexus. So solar plexus is your confidence. It's who you are in this lifetime. It is that inner furnace that I was talking about. It consumes everything that you've observed. It's consumed everything you've experienced. Everything that you have had throughout your life is dropped into your belly furnace. And from there, it is generating you. It is burning up and forging your new self. Isn't that exciting? Why do we not talk about this more? So, um, and again, you know, this year I'm holding a workshop as well, but I'm changing it because this workshop is going to be called Becoming Your Light, not just shining your light or stepping into your light. No, this is becoming your light. Um, and we are doing a little bit different ways of diving into this. So we're gonna be looking at deeper questions that you really need to dive into to release things. And then we're gonna be leaning a little bit more into how to embody the person you are becoming. Because we can make goals until whatever, but goals are done with your head. And this energy that we're working with is not working with intellect, it is not working with that masculine energy of checklists, you know, even vision boards. You might manifest the things you put on a vision board, but the actual process of them, it's landing different. Everything is landing differently. So the upcoming workshop for the 21st, it's going to be far more in a feminine flow. It's going to be intuitive listening to you of what rises up with the prompts that I provide. There's also energy work and meditation work because we are diving into the energy of all of this rather than just checklists and goals and plans. And well, I would like to be like this, and I'd like to look at like this, and I really want to call myself this. It's it's really not about that. So that's on the 21st. So, you know, you can you can jump in on the link down below. But the thing about becoming, it really does fall into this new level of that feminine flow. It's a listening, it's a trusting. You know, the other day I was talking to someone and I said, you know, this is all we've accelerated, and it's really complicated if it's still possible, you know, if you're waking up to how things are feeling differently, it is it's you really have to dedicate yourself. No matter which way you're on the journey, wherever you are on your journey, you have to dedicate yourself to choosing and accepting your new state of being. What I mean by that is that trust, trusting the voice that nudges you into things. Okay, so for example, I am talking about my solstice workshop. I need to be sharing more about my solstice workshop. I want everyone to know about my solstice workshop, and I'm working on my website. I'm not working on the solstice page. No, I'm re-redoing my about page and my services page and my website page. And I sat with it and I was like, am I resisting something? Like, am I just getting distracted? No. I heard an inner call of someone saying, Actually, Christina, this is you stepping into your next version of yourself. This is your becoming, and you have to actually shift everything from the ground up. So the ground up meant my home online, which is my website. That is being restructured. It, everything's being rewritten. Um, I've changed how sessions work. I it's whole woman's circle

Choosing Your New State Of Being

is now whole woman's circle instead of the energy reset circle. Like I said, we are shifting things over there. And and the very reason is is because I had to listen to the call. I've never enjoyed doing website work, and I have enjoyed it. That's a huge sign. This is how these things are coming up. Now, I could have logically been like, don't be ridiculous. I have stuff I have to do. I have a whole course structure that I need to take the membership through because we are diving into a whole chakra journey uh all summer long. I need to be working on that. I need to be working on um promoting my workshop. I need to be making sure I get on more podcasts. I need to be doing these things, I need to be recording more podcasts. I could go into my shoulds and I could go into my have-to's and I should go, I could go into my to-do list. I could go into the push, push, push energy that has driven our lives for most of our time on earth. But no, there was this undercurrent flow that said, actually work on this. Actually, then it was like, oh, write this Substack. Actually, start doing this instead. It is that, it is the listening of that guidance as well, because we are being guided continually, and we are being asked to listen to that inner guidance. So, how does that get uncovered? I could say the standard phrase that you hear everywhere, which is follow your bliss, but I really do actually mean it. If you are all of a sudden, no, actually scratch that. If you put your hand on your heart and you literally ask your heart, what do you need right now? Listen to the response. It could be everything from you need a carrot to you need a rest, to you need to get outside, to you need to do your website, to you need to go to a yoga class, to you need to book a session with someone, to you need there is a range of different ways that that voice can guide you. But listen to it. I have a funny feeling that we are diving into a deeply intuitive time. You know, your spidey sense, that sense that something's off, that is going to be heightened. Same too, your spidey sense that tells you something's on, that is gonna be heightened. All right, so we have listening to your intuition. Great. Okay, well, you can say, okay, Christina, that like that's that's all well and good, but I'm trying to live my life like that anyway. What does that lead into from your up level? Well, you know, we we talk a lot in law of attraction concepts of imagining your best possible life. Stepping into your up level is actually observing when you are following your bliss and observing how you feel in certain situations, and observing the subtle nuances of when you feel your best, when you are your kindest self, when you feel like your most in-flow self, when you listen, when you feel like you're the most connected self, when you feel like you just have one of those days that everything tick, tick, ticks together. And it's acknowledging those and then leaning into being that person more. That's it. This is where this work is. It's

Human Life Meets Soul Growth

not about being the superstar, it's not about making the millions, it's not about, and I mean, honestly, there's so many. You'll hear you in interviews on this podcast that might disagree with me on this, but the reason why we want certain things that we put on that goal list is because of the way we think it's going to make us feel. Ultimately, the way it's going to make us feel, or the feeling of what we're trying to reach for, is our best version of ourselves. We are being asked to flip the script, lean into the best version of yourself, and watch the other things flow in. If you are leaning into manifesting your happiest house, you really want to have harmony in your home. You want everyone to get along. You need to be the pivotal one that rather than trying, you know, it's it's funny because like it's like when I was a parent coach for all those years, you know, and and I would watch moms get so stressed out, they would shout at their kids to be nicer or to talk better. And they knew the irony, but at the same time, they didn't know how to stop it. In a lot of ways, it does fall into being the change you want to see in your world as well as the world. It's who you want to be, no matter what is happening in your circumstance, because it's knowing that the outside of circumstance, like the outside of your world, always reflects the inner. But that doesn't mean that you sit there planning it. And this is what I really want you to hear. It's not about cognitively planning or pushing for the outcome. Because hate to tell you this, the universe might have a better idea of your ideal outcome than you do. Because you are using a limited version of your reality to make those decisions. And the universe can see the whole picture. So following when you feel your best, and that that can be like you're lying in the bath, you've had 10 minutes on your own, and suddenly you just get this wave of deep, satisfied peace. And get curious. Because when you all of a sudden feel that heightened sense of self, when you feel that moment of suspension, that is the version of you you want to start savoring and embellishing and seeking and anchoring into and becoming because from there that openness, that sense of oneness, that taps into a whole bunch of other wonders. Okay. So who are you becoming? How do you step into the version you're becoming? And I mean, like, I'm giving you simplified versions of this because, you know, we only have 25 minutes. There is I don't even know if I'm over. I might be over. Um, there is a a calling that we are being shouted at right now. There is it it's from within us, it's from the earth itself, it there is a shift, and we need to answer the call. And I know that that, I know that you're listening to this and you're probably like, actually, I've got a billion things on my plate right now, and this is not helping me relax. I get it. I really, really get it. And we all have the life stories as well as the soul stories. There's the human stories as well as the soul stories. So, nobody, not one of your spirit guides, not the universe, not God, not angels, no one is asking you to ditch your human life in order to just focus on your soul life. Please hear that. No one is asking you to ditch your human life. However, don't ditch your soul life. Because when you work in wholeness, showing a poll, when you listen, when you deal live life from wholeness, combining those two, then all of a sudden you find a different rhythm and you find you do grow and change. You do amplify different parts of yourself, and you do get different guidance of where to go and when to go there, and how to move forward with things, and how to see these incredible things. We are in a shifting world. And as this world shifts, we are here at this time to shift with it. So, yes, absolutely, challenges 100%. I have meet with clients all the time, and we work through aligning the challenges of human life, but it's aligning it with your soul energy. And in order to fully align it to the soul energy, do some of the shedding work, do some of the releasing work. And then even if it's turning the dial of yourself a little bit to the left, just to get a little bit more aligned, a little bit more attuned to the radio channel that is specifically you, to the frequency that's specifically you, even if it's just giving yourself moments of quiet and allowing yourself to become in those moments, just that will start to shift the dial so that you are in alignment of who you are becoming. Okay.
